Registration information
The Association’s Secure Access Module (SAM) is now up and running allowing quick and easy online booking for WSM London and all other Association events.
Participants can choose to attend one, two or all three days of the meeting. Morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea are all included in the registration fee.

AAGBI MEMBERS
If you are a member of the AAGBI you benefit from reduced registration fees and can further discount your fee
by registering before 26 June 2009. To qualify for the member’s rate you must ensure that your membership
subscription fees have been paid prior to registering for the meeting.
TRAINEE MEMBERS OF THE AAGBI
Trainees are entitled to a reduced fee for the Congress, however you must be a member of the AAGBI to take
advantage of this rate.
NON-MEMBERS
If you are not a member of the AAGBI but would like to become one, please contact the membership

Those wishing to apply for membership
in order to take advantage of the reduced members’ rate, must do so before 5 June 2009.
RETIRED AND HONORARY MEMBERS
Retired members of the AAGBI receiving Anaesthesia are entitled to register at half price. Honorary members are entitled to free registration, (please note that honorary members should not book online, please contact the Events Department to arrange your booking).
WORKSHOP FEES
The workshop fee of £25 is a booking fee to secure a place and does not cover the cost of the workshop.
Delegates have to pay both the workshop fee and the conference registration fee in order to attend a workshop.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing before the 21 August 2009 will be subject to an administration charge of £25. Delegates cancelling after this date will be liable to pay the full meeting price unless the AAGBI considers there
to be exceptional circumstances that would warrant a refund.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
If you are unable to register for the Congress in advance you may register on arrival at the Convention Centre. Please make your way to the registration desk which will be open from 0900–1730 on Wednesday, from 0800–1730 on Thursday and from 0800–1600 on Friday.
