TRANSPORT & PARKING

Liverpool has excellent access to both the rail and motorway networks.

BY RAIL
Intercity services run from major towns and cities into Liverpool Lime Street Station. The journey time from London to Liverpool is just over 2.5 hours. Links are also available to other parts of Merseyside. The hotel and venue are located very close to the train station.

BY ROAD

From the M6 the city is easily reached via the M58, M56 and M62 motorways. Liverpool city centre is approximately 45 minutes’ drive from Chester, Manchester and North Wales.

It is just over 1 hour from Blackpool, the Lake District, the Yorkshire Moors and the Peak District National Parks, and just over 4 hours from London.

BY AIR

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is just 8 miles from the City Centre. There are regular scheduled flights from Belfast, Dublin, Cork and the Isle of Man. Merseytravel operates a regular low-cost bus service into the City Centre seven days a week and taxis are also available.

BY RAIL
There are good express connections to Liverpool from most towns and cities in Britain (to Liverpool there are half hourly services from Manchester, services every hour to York and every two hours to London and Birmingham). BY SEA

Services between Liverpool (Birkenhead) and Belfast and Dublin are operated by Norfolk Line, and between Liverpool and Douglas by the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company.

Traveling on the River Mersey is an excellent way to catch a glimpse of the spectacular and famous waterfront of Liverpool.
