What is the registration fee for seminars?
A: £120.00 for members, £240.00 for non-members and £60.00 for retired members.

How can I find out if there are places left on the seminar?
A:
For availability you may either check the seminars page on the website, or telephone a member of the events team on on 020 7631 8804 or Gemma Williams on 02076318808

What happens if I send in my registration form and the seminar is already full?
A:
As we are limited on space in the room, the seminars are often over-subscribed. If you want to book onto a seminar, it is advised that you phone the Association first to check availability. If we receive applications and the seminar is fully subscribed, your payment will not be processed. Should a place become available through cancellation, we will let you know immediately. Popular seminars are often repeated, so if the seminar is full, and you are a member of the Association, it is a good idea to put your name on the waiting list. When the repeat seminar date is fixed, we will write to all members on the waiting list before we advertise the seminar. This way you will have prior notice of the seminar, and therefore have a much better chance of securing a place. We apologise to those who find it difficult to book onto the seminars - we are looking into other means of taking bookings, but cannot, at the moment accept telephone bookings.

Can I book over the telephone or internet?
A:
At present you may check availability on the internet and over the phone. You can now book seminars online using our secure access module (SAM)
You can also register for a seminar by downloading the registration form from this website. This can be directly emailed back to us or sent in the post. You should return this as soon as possible to secure a place.
We do not take telephone bookings.

Q:Are seminars always at 21 Portland Place?
A:
The majority of our seminars are run in-house at 21 Portland Place, however, we are looking to increase our regional seminars.

Q:
What time do seminars start and finish?
A:
The seminars are timed so that it is possible for almost all those attending (both speakers and audience) to travel to and from London on the day of the seminar, without the need to stay overnight. The seminars aim to start at around 1030 and end by 1630.

Q:
Are the seminars accredited with CEPD points?
A:
Each seminar is accredited with 5 CEPD points. CEPD certificates will be available from the registration desk on your departure.
