Registration information

Enjoy quick and easy online booking for WSM London and all other Association events via the Association’s Secure Access Module (SAM). 

Participants can choose to attend one, two or all three days of the meeting. Morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea are all included in the registration fee.

AAGBI members
If you are a member of the AAGBI you benefit from reduced registration fees and can further discount your fee by registering early (before 13th November 2009).  To qualify for the members rate you must ensure that your membership subscription fees have been paid prior to registering for the meeting.

Non-members of the AAGBI
If you are not a member of the AAGBI but would like to become one, please contact the membership department on +44 (0)207 7631 8801 or email members@aagbi.org. A membership form can be downloaded from the website at www.aagbi.org/join

Those wishing to apply for membership in order to take advantage of the reduced members’ rate, must do so before 13th November 2009. Non-member registration rates are detailed below.

Retired and Honorary Members
Retired members of the AAGBI receiving Anaesthesia are entitled to register at half price. Honorary members are entitled to free registration.

Workshop fees
Delegates have to pay both the workshop fee and the conference registration fee in order to attend a workshop.  The workshop fee of £25 is a booking fee to secure a place and does not cover the cost of the workshop.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received in writing before the 14 December 2009 will be subject to an administration charge of £25. Delegates cancelling after this date will be liable to pay the full meeting price unless the Association considers there to be exceptional circumstances that would warrant a refund.

On-site registration
If you are unable to register for WSM London in advance, you may register at the meeting. Please make your way to the registration desk in the Foyer Area of the QE II.

Registration will be open from 0930 until 1630 on Wednesday 20 January, from 0830 until 1645 on Thursday 21 January, and from 0900 until 1700 on Friday 22 January.

Continuing Education & Professional Development (CPD)
This meeting has been recognised by the Royal College of Anaesthetists for the accreditation of CEPD points. You will be asked for your signature upon arrival each day, this will be kept as a record of your attendance. European and American Accreditation is currently being applied for.
