Training Issues

Here’s the section where we get down to the 'nitty gritty' of being a trainee in anaesthesia in the 21st century.

There are plenty of stresses and strains involved learning the skills of anaesthesia, whatever your background or whatever your career aims are. Then there’s audit, exams, shift work, communication skills, leadership and the list goes on…

We want to inform you, support you and keep you up to date with news that we think is relevant to your development. But we need you to tell us what the issues are and what your opinions are of what should be done about them. Remember if you are experiencing something good or bad, chances are everyone does too and we believe it’s best to share all that. So come on, team GAT is here for you! gat@aagbi.org
