Cancellation policy

Seminars, Regional seminars and Core Topics

All cancellations must be received in writing. Written cancellations received two weeks or over before the meeting will be subject to an administration charge of £25. Delegates cancelling after this date will be liable to pay the full meeting price unless the Association considers there to be exceptional circumstances that would warrant a refund.

In the event of a cancelled AAGBI seminar, Regional seminar or Core Topics, delegates will receive a full refund. The AAGBI will not be liable for any delegate expenses (travel, accomodation etc.) for cancellations made prior to 4 weeks before the event.

All decisions as to refunds are at the discretion of the Honorary Treasurer.
